Week two of my EFT/breathing/scale of change/mindfulness regime is finding me focused, energetic and preposterously optimistic. The workshop has opened me to new possibilities in every area of my life from my music to my volunteering activities. I'm finding new ways to address OCD issues and am experiencing increased pleasure in my physical activities.-William
I came to this training feeling stressed and I can honestly say I truly enjoyed what I learned and I now I feel relaxed and calm. The dimmed lights and lunch were a bonus!-workshop participant
